Job description
We are seeking an experienced, energetic and hands-on E-commerce Platform Manager. You will be part of a fast-paced collaborative team, you'll be responsible for running profitable campaigns, promotions and merchandising the site, as part of a connected omni-channel customer experience.
Working with development partners, agencies and being comfortable with data and analytics to inform your plans, you'll be a key player in helping execute our aggressive growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Developing, driving and implementing trading plans to hit commercial targets and other KPI's

Ensure acquisition channel strategies and plans drive site traffic, ROAS and other digital marketing metrics.

Manage the performance of online inventory online; including NPD, optimise listings and maintain data accuracy.

Merchandising the website, including maintaining current functionality and development of new. E.g. cross -selling, etc.

Optimise on-site search & nav, CRO activities, driving product ratings and reviews.

Working with supply teams to ensure strong product availability and fulfilment teams for efficient and profitable despatch.

Use of data and analysis to inform all activities.

Own weekly reporting and produce actionable insights to drive conversion, including commercial performance, competitor activity, site performance etc.
Requirements
Strong online retail experience and commercial background

Highly competent in website functionality, online CX, digital marketing, and online merchandising.

Experience using digital tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Power BI. BigCommerce, Shopify experience desirable

A strong analytics background and a good understanding of conversion rate optimisation, digital marketing and SEO.

Ability to work in a fast-paced business with aggressive growth plans.

Pay: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
