Job description
Join the team at Earlsmere, a long-established business in Wombwell. The Technical Support and Administration role supports Earlsmere's offsite testing operations. The position ensures that tools, labels/tags, equipment, and software systems are properly maintained, recorded, and compliant with company quality standards.
The working week is 40 hours. Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:30, Friday 08:30-15:00. A detailed contract will be provided, which will comprehensively explain your duties and entitlements., * Manage tools & equipment using Earlsmere's own Toolminder software and maintain up-to-date inventory control.
- Creation and issue of tags and labels using in-house software and equipment.
- Maintain documentation in accordance with quality procedures and ISO standards.
- Provide administrative support for quotes, documentation, and client records.
- Liaise with offsite engineers and admin teams to coordinate equipment schedules and technical documentation.
- Quality checking engineer reports and expediting them accordingly.
- Assist the operations director with any specific projects involved within the department.
- Speaking to customers and suppliers over the phone as required to fulfil your duties.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, * Confident working under pressure, alone or as part of a team
- A good knowledge of a busy office environment
- Computer literate, including Word, PDF and Excel
- Ability to use own initiative
- Excellent time management
- Great phone manner, comfortable speaking to clients and answering questions
