Product Owner

As a Senior Product Owner in AML Transaction Monitoring, you will represent stakeholders and the voice of customers, capturing their expectations, preferences, and aversions. You will work closely with the Scrum Master and Development Team, embodying the Scrum Team. Your responsibilities include expressing and prioritizing product needs using a Product Backlog and ensuring the Development Team's understanding of the product and consistency of each Sprint., * Design the product's big picture, including its roadmap, and translate this to the development team.

• Clarify needs and draft key functional specifications according to agile methodology.
• Plan iterations and define priorities to ensure proper content delivery.
• Define and monitor the Product Backlog, continuously prioritizing key business needs.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment on the product to be delivered.
• Initiate priority management, ensuring product consistency and quality.
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and make decisions on delivered functionalities.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment.
• Proven experience in the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) domain.

Education and Certifications:

Master's degree or equivalent certification.
