We are looking for a DevOps Engineer

We're looking for a System/DevOps Engineer to help design, run, and improve reliable infrastructure for a complex, distributed platform. You have a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) and at least 2 years in a System Engineer and/or DevOps role. You're calm under pressure, able to simplify problems, set priorities, and keep services stable even when things move fast. In this role, you'll proactively spot operational and technical risks early, and put practical mitigation plans in place. You're a strong troubleshooter who enjoys digging into multi-tier, distributed systems to debug and resolve issues quickly and clearly. You're also comfortable communicating directly with customers, translating technical details into understandable updates, and working collaboratively with internal teams. It's a big plus if you already have hands-on experience with tools and technologies like nginx, Docker, Grafana, Rancher, Ceph, MySQL cluster setups, and load balancers. Kubernetes experience is especially valuable. Above all, you bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a mindset of continuous learning - staying curious, improving your craft, and keeping up with industry trends.
