Job description
We are looking for a D2C ecommerce professional to grow our client's online business from a strong foundation as they expand internationally.
As ECommerce Manager, you will own a high-growth digital channel end-to-end, shape commercial strategy, working directly with the Commercial Director and marketplace team. We're looking for someone bold, analytical, creative - and hungry to drive growth and build something big.
The ECommerce Manager will Take Ownership Of
D2C channel P&L and develop a clear, commercially grounded growth roadmap
Hands-on execution across ecommerce, digital marketing, CRO, UX/UI and trading
Building and delivering social-first and email campaigns
Collaborating with Marketing, Marketplace, Wholesale and Product teams to create digital growth plans
Shaping product assortments, digital campaigns and new customer propositions
Exploring new channels, partnerships, tools and technologies (including AI) to accelerate growth
Leading international roll-out and channel expansion strategies
Requirements
Proven D2C experience driving commercial growth in FMCG, Fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands
A deep understanding of digital strategy, ecommerce, performance marketing and UX/CRO
A hands-on approach - you roll up your sleeves and execute as well as think strategically
Passion for building brands that resonate with younger, social-first audiences
Strength in data-led decision-making and performance management
