You will be responsible for identifying and building new business and enhancing existing Accounts. The person in this role will have the opportunity to advance their careers into management and leadership roles if desired. This role reports to the global CEO.
Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and close net new business that aligns with the company's vision and strategy.
Design and implement sales strategies to ensure the company meets its revenue objectives.
Research prospective organizations to identify the right customer stakeholders to whom to sell.
Independently and collaboratively strategize for solving deal-level challenges.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analyst & Project Manager to develop winning sales proposals.
Increase company sales volume and deal size.
Leverage CRM to manage pipeline, deals, leads, prospect communications, and workflow.
Manage billing, accounts payable to the customer.

Requirements
Experience in SAP Business One and SAP Hana Cloud ERP - in Wholesale Distribution, CPG, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing and Services industry in UK.
ERP Knowledge- Should have knowledge about SAP Business One and SAP S4 HANA cloud ERP for various industry. Should be able to interact at C level executive and understand ERP requirements. Should be able to present SAP solution to customer.
Communication- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effectively deliver presentations and follow ups.
Interpersonal Influence- Uses rational and emotional drivers that would appeal to customers' comfortability drive negotiation conversations in his or her favor.
Networking- Identifies the right customer stakeholders and builds connections quickly to drive consensus for deals; works cooperatively with a wide range of internal stakeholders for deal success.
Ownership- Take end to end responsibility from qualifying the prospect, arrange solution discussion, prepare proposal and solution and win the deal.
The qualifications for this role are:
A history of hitting sales targets in SAP ERP a minimum of five years in tune of 1M.
Experience selling ERP software and/or related services in products such as SAP Business One / SAP Cloud / SAP AMS Services / SAP Addon / SAP migration is strongly preferred.
Experience in competing against and winning against NetSuite a plus!
You will be measured on your ability to acquire new customers and achieve the targets set for you.
