IT Support Engineer

Radii Planet Group are looking for an experienced Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join our growing in-house IT team. Based in our office in Cholmondeley in Cheshire, this is a hands-on role supporting a modern Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environment, ensuring secure, reliable operations across multiple sites.

What You'll Do

• Provide L2 support across Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and core applications.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD), including conditional access and security controls.
• Support device management, Intune/MDM policies, and secure configuration.
• Troubleshoot networks (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN/SASE) and assist with infrastructure tasks.
• Work to Cyber Essentials / CE+ standards, supporting patching, vulnerability remediation, and security alert handling.
• Contribute to cloud, identity, and infrastructure improvement projects.

Do you have experience in Time management?, * Strong Microsoft 365 and Entra ID experience.

• Solid L2 troubleshooting skills for endpoints, applications, and networks.
• Understanding of Cyber Essentials security requirements.
• Experience with Intune/MDM, PowerShell, and modern identity management (advantageous).
• Proactive approach, strong communication skills, and good documentation discipline.
