Job description

We are looking for an IT Service Desk Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Blackwood facility. This is a front-line role providing IT support across the business, ensuring the day-to-day effectiveness of IT services and meeting SLA targets. Youll work closely with colleagues and managers to deliver high-quality IT support both on-site and remotely., * Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person

  • Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA targets
  • Take ownership of user issues and ensure proactive communication
  • Support Microsoft technologies including Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune
  • Assist with Active Directory and Azure AD queries
  • Manage onboarding processes for new starters and IT housekeeping tasks
  • Document solutions and contribute to process improvements
  • Participate in training and continuous development opportunities

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, Essential:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Minimum 12 months experience supporting IT endpoints and networks
  • Experience with Windows Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, FreshService, Zendesk)
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport

Desirable:

  • ITIL framework experience
  • Experience producing and updating IT documentation
