Job description

As a Document Controller, you'll ensure robust document control processes are applied across internal teams, customers, and the supply chain. You'll be the go-to contact for workflow support, software guidance, and compliance with Document Control Procedures., * Oversee document workflows using dedicated document control software.

  • Manage and structure documentation within SharePoint.
  • Regularly review, maintain, and improve document control processes.
  • Train and support new team members on systems and procedures.
  • Manage document numbering, revisions, and approval statuses.
  • Check supplier submissions for quality and process compliance.
  • Act as the main contact for supply chain document workflow queries.
  • Coordinate with customer stakeholders to ensure timely distribution and feedback.
  • Work closely with project and engineering teams to maintain the deliverables schedule.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SharePoint?, * Proven background in document control.

  • High attention to detail and strong process discipline.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively and effectively within a team environment.
