Job description

Help schools and trusts get the best from software that keeps their daily operations running smoothly. As an Implementation Consultant, you'll guide customers through onboarding, setup, training, and early adoption of Every - one of the UK's leading school operations platforms.

Every is a suite of cloud-based systems used by schools and multi-academy trusts to manage essential day-to-day operations. The products help education teams stay compliant, organised, efficient, and safe. Customers rely on Every for things like:

  • HR & people management - absences, training, policies, safeguarding checks
  • Compliance & asset management - premises checks, maintenance tasks, health & safety
  • Workflow & process tracking - requests, approvals, reminders, task scheduling
  • Reporting & insights - giving school leaders the data they need to make decisions

Your role ensures that schools feel confident using Every from day one, understand the value of the system, and get the training, configuration, and support needed to embed it successfully.

About the Team You'll Join

You'll be part of the Professional Services team within the Education Division, working alongside around 10 Implementation and Training Consultants. The team is collaborative, helpful, and highly experienced in supporting schools. They share knowledge openly, work together on tricky cases, and celebrate customer success as a group.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Guiding new customers through onboarding, configuration, and rollout of the Every products
  • Setting clear expectations and keeping projects organised, on track, and well communicated
  • Delivering online training sessions to help school staff understand and adopt the system
  • Building trusted relationships with business managers, senior leaders, and school administrators
  • Managing multiple projects at once, handling different products, timelines, and audiences
  • Solving problems, answering questions, and supporting customers to get the most from the software
  • Working closely with internal teams to share insights, resolve issues, and improve processes
  • Seeing projects through to completion or handing them over smoothly when required, * Work that genuinely supports schools and makes a difference to the education sector

Requirements

  • Experience delivering onboarding, training, or software implementation in any sector
  • Confidence understanding products, systems, and data, with the ability to configure software
  • Strong Excel skills (sorting, filtering, formulas, imports/exports)
  • Clear, confident, professional communication - phone, online, and in person
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable having assertive but supportive conversations when needed
  • Positive, customer-centred approach with a genuine desire to help others succeed
  • Willingness to keep learning and sharing knowledge within the team
  • Project management background or experience coordinating tasks (preferred)
