Hardware Engineer

• Design, install, configure, and maintain servers, storage, networking, and peripheral hardware
• Implement and maintain OS, virtualization platforms, and system monitoring tools
• Collaborate with software, DevOps, and operations teams to ensure hardware compatibility and optimal system performance
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and lifecycle management
• Monitor and troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, and infrastructure performance issues
• Ensure high availability, redundancy, and disaster recovery capabilities for critical systems
• Implement security policies, patch management, and vulnerability mitigation
• Support technical problem solving, root cause analysis, and incident resolution

• Must have experience with Hardware & Infrastructure - Setting-up Servers (Dell, HP, Cisco), Storage systems and configuration of Networking devices (switches, routers, firewalls)
• Strong experience with Operating Systems both Linux and Windows Servers.
• Virtualization & Cloud Platforms - VMware, AWS, Azure
• Database & Application Support - Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL
• Scripting & Automation - Bash, PowerShell, Python
• Networking Protocols - TCP/IP, VPN, VLANs, Subnetting, Firewalls, Routing/Switching
• System Monitoring & Management - Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, SolarWinds
