2nd/3rd Line IT Engineer - £45,000 - £55,000 Bonus

An established global brand and technology-led organisation is seeking a 2nd/3rd Line IT Engineer to join its core IT Infrastructure function, supporting a diverse range of business critical systems while contributing to ongoing modernisation and transformation initiatives., * Deliver hands-on support across a range of business critical systems, ensuring stability, high performance and rapid issue resolution

• Maintain and enhance core infrastructure services, including servers, virtual environments, storage platforms and security controls whilst also assisting with 2nd line tasks when required
• Take ownership of improving monitoring, reliability and visibility across key operational systems
• Support the rollout of new technical solutions, contributing to planning, configuration and smooth integration into the wider estate
• Work closely with teams across the business to understand requirements and translate them into practical technical actions
• Uphold best practices in system administration, security, documentation and change control
