IT Support Engineers

You'll be responsible for BAU infrastructure support for production systems running on Microsoft technologies, resolving PRTG alerts and performing regular patching, updates, and maintenance

• Windows Server / Windows OS administration
• Remote access via RDP (incl. jump boxes)
• Managing IIS (sites, bindings, config changes)
• Installing and maintaining SSL certificates
• Experience with cloud-hosted environments (Azure preferred)
• Understanding of load-balanced / high-availability setups
• Strong troubleshooting and change-control mindset
