Microsoft Power Platform Developer - Bolton An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join a forward-thinking, employee-owned organisation known for delivering innovative, award-winning projects across the UK.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building creative digital solutions and wants to contribute to process improvement through technology. You'll work alongside a senior developer to design, develop, and enhance business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI -helping to streamline operations and enable data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customise applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
• Automate and optimise workflows with Power Automate.
• Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Collaborate with colleagues to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Power Platform applications.
• Assist the IT team with general user support and system maintenance when required.
• Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform capabilities and best practices.

• Proven experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of Dataverse and data modelling principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

Desirable:

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with SQL and data management.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or C# for custom integrations.
