Job description
You will work closely with all members of the engineering and sales departments to ensure that the costings and implementation of jobs go through without unforeseen issues whilst providing a central point of contact for the customer throughout the project
Roles and Responsibilities
Key contact throughout every stage of any project / installation.
- Complete project plans to document each stage of the project.
- Liasing with third parties for scheduling requirements
- Information gathering to plan Office 365 Migrations, PC installations, telephone system installations.
- Excellent time management and scheduling skills
Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, The candidate must have excellent customer service and communications skills. Experience working in an IT or Telecommunications company is required., * Experience working in an IT / Telecommunications company
- Excellent interpersonal skills, * Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well individually or as part of a team
- Good organisational/multitasking abilities

- Approachable and Friendly
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills Word, Excel and Outlook, * Project Management: 2 years (preferred)
