AISB-612 Senior Back-End Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Back-End Developer to design, develop, and maintain critical applications, lead technical projects, and ensure best-in-class architecture and performance.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop back-end website applications and implement core business logic.
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
• Design, develop, and maintain servers, databases, and data storage solutions.
• Ensure application security, data protection, and performance optimization.
• Design and implement APIs and participate in creating scalable software solutions.
• Take technical lead on projects when needed, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Maintain code integrity, write clean functional code, and troubleshoot issues.
• Compile and analyze data, processes, and code to identify areas for improvement.
• Test, debug, and resolve coding issues while meeting both technical and consumer needs.
• Write technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Your Profile

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Back-End Development Expertise: Minimum 10 years with Vert.x, Kotlin, Java (

17), Spring Boot (WebFlux), Hibernate. * Architecture & Integration: Minimum 6 years with Microservices Architecture, API-driven Development, AS4.

• Databases: Minimum 6 years with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Virtuoso Triple Store, OpenSearch.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Minimum 6 years with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Security: Minimum 5 years with OpenID Connect, OAuth2, TLS, Keycloak.
• Security Testing & Dependency Management: Minimum 6 years with SAST, DAST, Fortify, SonarQube, Sonatype, Dependency-Track, Maven.
• Collaboration Tools: Minimum 10 years with JIRA, Confluence, Office 365, SharePoint.
• High-quality standards, attention to detail, and clean coding practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings.
• Experience in international/multicultural environments, teamwork, and agile adaptation.
• Fluent in English (C2).
