• You build intuitive, responsive user interfaces with React - always with a strong focus on usability, clarity, and efficiency.
• You collaborate directly with medical coders, observe real usage behavior, and derive concrete process and UI/UX improvements.
• You work closely with the backend team, define API requirements, and make smaller backend adjustments yourself when needed.
• You ensure high product quality through unit tests and end-to-end tests.

• You bring 3+ years of Frontend development experience, especially with React, and have a strong sense for intuitive, responsive interfaces.
• You have experience with E2E testing (e.g. Cypress) and unit testing (React Testing Library).
• You actively conduct user tests and translate findings into improvements.
• You have worked with backend services before (bonus: Java/Kotlin) and feel confident making smaller adjustments yourself.
• You feel at home in a cloud-native CI/CD environment. Experience with Kubernetes and Helm is a plus.
• You appreciate clean, minimalist design - simple, purposeful, effective.
• You speak German (at least B1) and English well enough to run user tests and collaborate with an international team.

Deine Arbeit ermöglicht schnelle, sichere Entscheidungen und treibt unser Produkt entscheidend voran - damit medizinische Dokumentation einfacher, effizienter und zugänglicher wird Hier übernimmst du Verantwortung:

• Du entwickelst intuitive, reaktionsschnelle Benutzeroberflächen mit React - mit einem klaren Fokus auf Nutzerfreundlichkeit und Effizienz.
• Du arbeitest eng mit medizinischen Kodierfachkräften zusammen, beobachtest Nutzungsverhalten und leitest daraus konkrete Prozess- und UI/UX-Verbesserungen ab.
• Du arbeitest mit dem Backend-Team zusammen, definierst API-Anforderungen und nimmst bei Bedarf kleinere Backend-Anpassungen selbst vor.
• Du stellst durch Tests (Unit-Tests, E2E-Tests) eine hohe Produktqualität sicher.
• Du bringst dich aktiv in die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Produkts ein - durch Vorschläge, UX-Ideen und Refactoring-Initiativen.
• Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Features von der Idee bis zum Go-Live - immer mit dem Ziel, die Nutzer wirklich glücklich zu machen.
• Du arbeitest nutzerzentriert und denkst über die reine Spezifikation hinaus.
