Job description
You take ownership of the Cloud Transformation unit, executing its strategy, setting ambitious goals, and driving sustainable growth. You combine strategic foresight with hands-on leadership to make sure our initiatives are both visionary and executable.
Cloud expertise & technical credibility You bring a solid understanding of modern cloud architectures (preferably AWS), migration methodologies, and DevOps principles. You can discuss cloud transformation topics confidently with customers and technical leads, from landing zones and automation to modernization strategies.
Customer engagement & solution shaping You oversee key customer relationships, ensure project success, and identify follow-up opportunities. You understand customer challenges on both business and technical levels which enables you to translate strategic goals into concrete technical initiatives that deliver measurable value.
Operational excellence & profitability You monitor performance, project delivery, budgets, and timelines within your business unit. You ensure resources are optimally allocated, risks managed, and project teams empowered to deliver quality outcomes.
Cross-functional collaboration & innovation You work closely with our internal teams to ensure technical and business alignment. You foster collaboration, challenge the status quo, and drive innovation, from new service offerings to improved internal processes.

We are looking for a strategic, technically grounded, and entrepreneurial team player (f/m/d) with a strong drive for customer success., * Hybrid mindset: You combine business acumen with technological understanding and are able to speak both the language of executives and engineers.
- Cloud know-how: You have a solid grasp of Cloud Transformation, DevOps, or Migration topics (e.g. infrastructure automation, CI/CD, modernization). AWS knowledge or certification is a strong plus.
- Consulting & delivery experience: You understand how cloud projects are scoped, delivered, and managed (from PoCs to large-scale enterprise migrations).
- Leadership & collaboration: You are an inspiring leader who enjoys guiding cross-functional teams, aligning priorities, and empowering others to perform.
- Customer orientation: You think in business outcomes, not only in technology, and you can identify opportunities to extend value through long-term partnerships.
- Organizational strength: You keep track of multiple initiatives, manage resources efficiently, and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Strong communicator: Fluent in German and English, you can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
A background in Cloud Consulting, Solution Architecture, or IT Transformation Management is ideal. Experience in leading a business unit or P&L is a plus.
