- Develop and maintain PHP-based internal applications.
- Plan and structure projects: timelines, cost estimates, risk assessment.
- Address technical challenges and provide well-grounded solutions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure smooth communication.
- Support team coordination and basic leadership tasks.
- Ensure compliance with German regulations, including GDPR.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Software development?, * 5-10 years of experience in software development and project management.
- Strong PHP background and understanding of modern technologies.
- Experience in team coordination, communication, and conflict resolution.
- Analytical thinking and structured decision-making.
- Must be based in Germany.
- German B2 + English B2 (mandatory).
