Job description
- Drive rollout of Data Quality & Data Products frameworks across global data teams, adapting to regional business needs
- Enhance governance frameworks by refining processes, operating models, and documentation for scalability
- Champion data initiatives through change management - training teams, resolving adoption barriers, and securing buy-in
- Develop guidelines for implementing data quality controls and defining business-ready Data Products
- Consolidate and report KPIs on data quality metrics and product adoption to senior leadership
- Identify improvement opportunities through root-cause analysis of data issues and process gaps
- Bridge business and technical teams by translating data requirements into actionable governance practices

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data governance/data management within large, complex international organizations
- Business analyst mindset with proven ability to drive data initiatives autonomously (not a technical/developer role)
- Expertise in Data Quality frameworks and Data Products lifecycle management
- Change management mastery - ability to implement data initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups
- Fluent English (written and spoken) for executive-level communication and documentation
- Strong prioritization skills to manage competing data initiatives and escalate critical issues
- Experience formalizing reports, KPIs, and governance documentation for multi-level stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- Background in insurance/financial services sector
- Experience implementing Data Management KPIs and monitoring frameworks
- Knowledge of data cataloging tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation)
- Process documentation expertise using BPMN or similar methodologies
- Spanish proficiency (valuable for European stakeholder collaboration)
