Our technology spans across web, mobile, API, big data, machine learning, search, physical point of sale, scanning systems and AI., You will be joining the Listings team, which is responsible for building and maintaining the Event Listing Page, which is the most visited page on the Eventbrite platform. Their work ensures that attendees can view detailed event information, evaluate events, and seamlessly start the ticket purchase process - at scale and with great performance.
You'll work primarily in native iOS development, while also contributing to cross-platform features built in React Native, collaborating closely with product, design and other engineering partners. Requirements
Do you have experience in iOS development?, * You have proven experience as a native iOS developer building highly performant apps in Swift.
- You write clean and testable code.
- You cleanly architect UI features.
- You're a great communicator and collaborate well with technical and non-technical coworkers
- You can align on goals and timelines with product, design, and engineering and work independently when needed to meet those goals
- You can write clear and concise technical documentation
- You've worked with CICD and automated release processes
- You can write performant concurrent code.
- You have a deep understanding of the Swift language and type system.
- You have knowledge of design patterns, mobile architectures and market software standards.
- You have a continuously learning mindset and are open to working across both native and cross-platform stacks.
TECH STACK
- Language: Swift, TypeScript/JavaScript (for React Native)
- System Frameworks: SwiftUI and some UIKit
- Architecture: The Composable Architecture, Hybrid React Native integration
- Tools: Xcode, Swift Package Manager, Fastlane, CircleCI, * Experience building services supporting web and native.
- Experience with hybrid app development, specifically using React Native, and can effectively integrate native modules and components within React Native environments.
- Experience with AI coding tools like Cursor, Codex, etc.
