Remote Customer Service Representative - Tech & Audio Support (Spain, Mainland Only)

Requirements
- Fluency in German and a solid command of English
- Great communication and customer care skills
- Experience or interest in audio products, wireless networking & live music tech
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS
- Prior experience in tech support or a fast-paced customer service role
