Basic Qualifications * Bachelor or equivalent qualifications in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines. * 1 year experience in server / network hardware and operation systems maintenance / troubleshooting. * Basic knowledge of network cabling (fiber optic) and operation support experience. Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of data center infrastructure design, operations, or delivery * Knowledge of cloud computing technologies * Knowledge of process improvement, ideally including Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma * Industry experience in Data Center Operations. * Understanding of data center safety and security environment.
