Job description
As a Consumer Insights Data Analyst, you will help clients leverage data to develop smarter digital and business strategies. You will transform qualitative and quantitative insights into clear, actionable recommendations that enhance performance and inform decision-making.
Your work will span web analytics, CRO, dashboarding, and data modeling-always with a focus on uncovering opportunities and optimizing the customer journey. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and clients.
In this fast-paced environment, your ability to work independently, manage priorities, and stay on top of the latest digital trends will be key to your success., * Insight Generation: Analyze data from GA4, GTM, and BigQuery to uncover meaningful insights and identify opportunities for growth.
- CRO & Experimentation: Set up and analyze A/B tests using platforms like VWO, Optimizely, or Google Optimize to support continuous improvement.
- Dashboarding: Build intuitive dashboards with Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI to clearly present performance and behavioral data.
- Data Analytics: Use SQL to analyze large datasets, perform audience segmentation, and support CRM and marketing initiatives.
- Advanced Analytics (Bonus): Utilize Python or other programming languages for modeling and deeper analysis.
- Client Communication: Present complex findings in an accessible way to inform marketing and business strategy.
- Proactive Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and experience teams to translate data into action and measurable impact.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay current with the latest tools, trends, and methodologies, including AI, automation, and modern data workflows.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in Data Science, Business Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
- Proficiency in GA4, GTM, and BigQuery for digital analytics.
- Experience with CRO and A/B testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely, or Google Optimize.
- Skilled in dashboard tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Solid SQL knowledge and experience with large datasets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to translate data into business impact.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
- Self-organized and able to prioritize across multiple projects.
Bonus points for:
- Experience in e-commerce environments.
- Understanding of CX or design processes.
- Familiarity with Python or similar languages.
- Interest in retail business models and digital marketing innovation.
