Job description
We're looking for a Business Support Executive to join our Centre of Excellence (COE), where strategy comes to life. As part of this dynamic, client-facing department, you'll be the heartbeat of our business - delivering high-impact, tailored support to a key client account daily., Your day-to-day will involve :
- Collaborating and innovating to deliver comprehensive and seamless support across a variety of tasks and projects for stakeholders.
- Managing key tasks with excellence, including diary management, scheduling, and handling email correspondence.
- Supporting business growth by identifying inefficiencies and proactively recommending process improvements.
- Building relationships as a trusted partner to your client, anticipating needs and consistently exceeding expectations.
- Staying adaptable and approaching new challenges with a solution-driven mindset.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, is passionate about redefining what it means to deliver world-class PA and admin support, and can manage their own time and workload effectively.
- Essential : Proficiency in MS Office, proven experience in diary management, data handling, and project coordination.
- Desirable : Familiarity with Google Suite, CRM platforms, and booking systems, background in office management or similar.
