Job description

  • Sales Order Processing: Enter and process sales orders accurately using the Infor LN ERP system, ensuring all documentation is handled correctly.
  • Customer service/communication: Take calls from clients, chase and organise returns or orders (between clients and equipment suppliers) and build trusted and efficient resolution to questions/queries or issues.
  • IT Literate: In addition to core skills you will be familiar with using Microsoft Office and ideally in-house systems (ERP)
  • Organisation/tracking: arranging and processing the ordering and returns of Loan equipment (devices/technology/tools and equipment)
  • Problem-Solving: Help resolve customer issues related to new or replacement equipment.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Sales?, Two positions available: 1x Fluent Spanish speaker and 1x Fluent Dutch speaker

NB: language skills are essential for this role

This is an exciting opportunity for two passionate and technically minded individuals with either Fluent Spanish or _Dutch language_ skills, excellent communication and customer service skills to join an global organisation in this progressive career opportunity. The ideal candidate will be familiar with IT (laptop, Mobile, PC) Support or will have a passion for IT and are the "go to person" in your family/peer group for any IT queries or issues. This role will take you IT/Technology passion/interest and develop your skills further. Here you will be dealing with clients (external) and internal peers/contacts to provide a broad set of skills as follows, * Strong IT skills and interest (PC Building/fixing, Laptops, IOS/Android)

In terms of backgrounds we are essentially looking for someone who either has this experience or has the passion, interest and practical experience needed to be successful.

IT/Technology:

  • Providing support to clients on their PC/Laptop, hardware, Software and other equipment.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of Diagnostic Trees, Solving networking issues or
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues to fix / repair or escalate if required.
  • Any familiarity with Cisco, Aruba, audio/visual installation, COMPTia, N+ Cert, Windows, IOS, Android, linux, Digital signage or Content management would be very desirable.
  • Able to use existing training/experience or passion to apply in a work environment, It is essential we have the language skills with this role so please only apply if you are fluent in Spanish or Dutch.
