  • To allocate jobs to suitable engineers within allocated areas
  • Answering general enquiries
  • General administration - including data entry, answering telephone calls, cover as required
  • Schedule engineers' diaries
  • General administrative tasks

Requirements

Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with an eye for quality and a knack for problem solutions to join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Administrator. You will be the go-to person in this position for keeping our facilities operating smoothly! Excellent telephone manner is a must!, * Have worked in a fast paced environment, ability to multi-task
