Job description
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements across multiple functions.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and configuration designs within the ERP system.
- Configure and support modules across one or more ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Netsuite, Infor, Sage).
- Lead workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations.
- Work closely with technical teams (developers, solution architects) to ensure accurate solution delivery.
- Perform system testing, UAT planning, and support user training activities.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Support integrations between ERP and third-party systems (APIs, middleware).
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide Level 2/3 support.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
Do you have experience in User acceptance testing?, * 3-12 years experience as an ERP Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes in at least one key area:
- Finance (AP, AR, GL, FP&A)
- Supply Chain / Inventory / Procurement
- HR / Payroll
- Manufacturing / Operations
- Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP platform, such as:
- SAP (ECC/S4HANA)
- Oracle EBS / Oracle Cloud
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Netsuite
- Infor / Sage
- Strong skills in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Experience writing functional specifications for integrations, reports, and customisations.
- Understanding of SQL, data structures, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Familiarity with testing processes (SIT, UAT) and documentation best practices.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
