It Infrastructure & Operations Engineer

• Champion the delivery and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and operational services across all sites.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues and third-party partners to deliver seamless, reliable support-24/7.
• Proactively identify trends, resolve issues, and develop action plans to enhance service quality.
• Stay ahead of industry changes, business challenges, and regulatory requirements to keep our operations resilient and compliant.
• Build strong relationships across IT and the wider business, sharing knowledge and driving best practices.
• Ensure knowledge of and compliance with all Company Policies, Procedures, and Rules.

• High attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Desire to learn and develop within IT, with relevant IT literacy.
• Preferably, knowledge of data centres, server tools, and best practices.
• Experience troubleshooting software and hardware platforms.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel as needed.
