Job description

As a LabWare LIMS System Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting and evolving Reckitt's global laboratory informatics landscape. You will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and enhancement of the LabWare LIMS platform across R&D and Quality laboratories, ensuring it meets business needs and regulatory requirements., * Assist in the administration and maintenance of the LabWare LIMS platform.

  • Support users with troubleshooting and system navigation.
  • Configure user accounts, roles, and permissions.
  • Participate in testing and documentation of system changes.
  • Learn to write and modify simple LIMS configurations and reports.
  • Collaborate with lab teams to understand their data and workflow needs.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal standards.
  • Contribute to system validation and change control processes.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience in a scientific, IT, or engineering field.
  • Interest in laboratory systems and digital tools.
  • Basic understanding of databases or scripting (SQL, LabWare LIMS Basic is a plus).
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn in a regulated environment (GxP, GMP).
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
