It's a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career who enjoys problem-solving, organising tasks, and explaining things clearly to others.

Every is a cloud-based platform used by schools and multi-academy trusts to manage essential day-to-day operations. It helps education teams stay compliant, organised, efficient, and safe.

  • Workflow management (requests, approvals, reminders)
  • Reporting and insights for school leaders

You'll play a key part in helping customers understand and use these tools from day one.

Why This Role Matters

The onboarding experience shapes how schools feel about the software. When the setup goes smoothly:

  • staff adopt the system faster
  • important processes become easier

Your support helps schools run safely and efficiently - and makes a real difference to their daily workload.

  • Work with business managers, senior leaders, and administrators in schools
  • Answer questions and help customers get the most from the software
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve problems and improve processes
  • Make sure projects are completed smoothly or handed over correctly, * Full training on the Every platform and wider IRIS tools
  • Experience working with a range of schools and trusts
  • Opportunities to progress into implementation, training, customer success, or specialist roles
