Job description
Collaborate with commercial leaders to embed digital capabilities into business strategies, acting as an enabler or differentiator to achieve strategic goals.
Partner with product owners, commercial teams, and experts to define product strategies and a long-term digital vision that bridges business and IT.
Work closely with IT product managers, solution architects and development teams to ensure a seamless and effective product or service.
Own and implement global product roadmap for digital business models, ensuring progress and value realization along with adoption across divisions that you need to monitor, follow up and steer process.
Dive deep into business processes and customer touch points and facilitate ideation and design workshops with the businesses, identify opportunities for digital value creation in the commercial domain.
Drive personalized content strategies and map customer journeys that align with business goals through demonstrating the value of our platform through data driven insights.
Define corporate guidelines to standardize and scale digital solutions quickly, while accommodating market-specific needs.
Analyze business processes and customer interactions; lead workshops to uncover digital value opportunities in the commercial space.
Lead digital initiatives and foster agile collaboration across teams, using data and analytics to drive growth, optimize value, and enhance customer engagement.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in digital transformation, customer experience, or digital marketing/commerce, with 4+ years in a digital solution leadership role in global environments.
Proficient in UX/UI tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and prototyping platforms.
Functional knowledge of Adobe AEM and Magento Strong analytical skills, hands-on experience using marketing and customer experience analytics tools.
Knowledge of different user research techniques, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
Expertise to develop and implement change management plans to drive user adoption and minimize disruption.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence digital strategy across business units.
Experienced in agile methodologies, including leading distributed Scrum teams and managing change initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field, with excellent communication skills and willingness to travel.
