Job description
We're looking for a Finance Systems Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, playing a key role in managing and optimising the financial systems that keep our global business running., This role will oversee all systems used within Finance across our regions - with a primary focus on NetSuite ERP alongside supporting systems introduced through acquisitions and their integrations with wider business applications.
- Own & maintain finance systems - manage ERP systems (mainly NetSuite) and temporary legacy systems through acquisitions.
- Support & optimise integrations - ensure data flows seamlessly between finance and adjacent non-finance systems, troubleshoot issues, and lead integration projects.
- Be a problem-solver - investigate root causes of system issues and work closely with developers, IT support channels, and finance stakeholders to resolve them.
- Enable our finance teams - provide guidance, mentoring, and training to regional and group finance teams, supporting them on system issues and best practices.
- Drive improvements - capture processes, identify pain points, and recommend system/process enhancements, producing clear, publishable documentation.
- Support internal controls - help roll out consistent, best-practice processes across the business.
- Lead projects - oversee ERP implementation and migration for acquired entities, moving from legacy systems into NetSuite.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, both in implementation and day-to-day operation.
- Significant post-qualified accounting experience (CIMA/ACA preferred).
- Proven track record in ERP implementation and administration (NetSuite highly desirable).
- Experience in a global business environment.
- Public accounting firm experience (preferred).
- A collaborative leader with the ability to mentor, train, and influence teams.
