As a UX/UI Designer at Platomico, you will be responsible for designing exceptional digital products and experiences that resonate with our users and elevate our business. Conceptualize digital products: Work under user-centered design principles, balancing business needs with user expectations. Design user experiences: Manage design systems: Develop and maintain design systems that ensure visual and functional consistency across all our products. Apply research techniques to deeply understand our users and translate insights into impactful design

solutions. Defend your design decisions: Identify areas for improvement in existing digital products and suggest innovative solutions. Experience: 2-5 years working in digital product design. Full design lifecycle: Design tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Axure, or similar tools. Responsive design: Agile environments: Experience working within agile teams. Knowledge of digital accessibility to design inclusive interfaces. Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
