Salesforce Developer

We seek a technical person, oriented to Salesforce development, who could be part of one existing product team that delivers the Salesforce backlog. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a vital role at Coforge and our final customers.

This person will be part of a long-term technical product team fully dedicated to delivering new functionalities, evolving existing ones, and looking after the deliverables' readiness for later operations stability.

Responsibilities

• Develop Apex (classes and triggers), and LWC, (based on specific requirements) to extend Salesforce to support business requirements
• Custom User Interface development, including Visualforce* pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components** and Lightning Web Components
• Develop integrations with 3rd party systems

Technical capabilities

• Required some technical capabilities and development experience on:

• Salesforce Services

• Salesforce Marketing

• APEX (classes and triggers)

• LWC

• Integrations

• Any Salesforce admin experience is a nice skill

Integrations :

• Must be hands-on with Integrating systems.
• Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization

Best Practices :

• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development
• Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code

• Salesforce Service product knowledge and at least 5 years of Salesforce development experience
• Able to work independently, Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders / other Salesforce team members
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Proficient with Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
• Experience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Java
• General web development experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript
• A proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and bringing existing code into best practices
• Ability to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications
• Experience working with large data sets and nullification

User-level knowledge on :

• Atlassian tools (Confluence & JIRA)
• Nice to have any knowledge on Splunk, Kibana, Dynatrace

Certifications

• Any certification on Salesforce will be highly valued and will be a differentiator against other candidates

Prior Experience

• At least 3 years (ideally at least 5 years) of experience in similar role
• Proven experience in the involved technology
