IT Global Infrastructure SME

• Drive IT Technology function for operational management, analysis, and troubleshooting of systems (servers) and communications (networks), including planning and capacity results together with vendors and partners.
• Manage lifecycle planning, architecture, and IT capacity planning.
• Manage development of IT demand, budget plans and follow up on IT delivery costs.
• Lead projects with responsibility of project charters, project plans, budget, and delivery on target to achieve the business objectives.
• Develop and maintain effective work relationships with service partners managing and evaluating outsourcing model.
• Global-level expert technical support to all countries for Microsoft systems.
• Develop cross-country policies and IT processes in operational areas, change management, security and business continuity.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent,
• ITIL certification would be desirable.
• 5+ years of IT Service experience in international IT infrastructure.
• Experience with global enterprise system operations & procedures
• Good skills in managing ITIL service lifecycle, processes, and change management.
• Knowledge in generating process documentation.
• Very good fluency in English both verbal and written.
• Proven experience in Microsoft environments (M365 and Entra ID)
• Valuable certifications in Cisco, Microsoft, Entra ID.
• Valuable experience with VOIP
