Azure Cloud Team Lead

Our client is seeking a Team Lead, Azure Cloud, to lead a skilled cloud engineering team and drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable cloud solutions on the Azure platform. The team consists of senior engineers with expertise in areas such as databases, streaming data, DevOps, and architecture.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll contribute to technical delivery while guiding the team's strategic direction. You'll collaborate closely with other departments to develop complex cloud architectures that meet both business and technical requirements., * Prioritize, coordinate, and organize team tasks

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-efficient Azure cloud solutions
• Lead migration projects and manage cloud infrastructure
• Integrate DevOps practices with development teams
• Optimize existing cloud systems and processes
• Mentor and coach team members
• Ensure compliance with IT controls and data protection policies

• 5+ years of DevOps experience, including 3+ years on Azure
• Experience with containerization (ACI, AKS, Kubernetes)
• Strong automation skills (IaC) using Bicep or Terraform
• Solid understanding of cloud security and cost management
• Proficiency in networking and security concepts
• Experience with hybrid and hub-and-spoke architectures (ExpressRoute, Azure Route Tables, Load Balancer, BGP)
• Dutch fluency is a plus
