Web Designer (Figma + WordPress) Fully Remote

We are looking for a Web Designer who can take a brief, shape it into clear Figma designs, then build those designs in WordPress without relying on templates. You should be able to handle UX thinking, layout decisions, and front end build with confidence., * You are a developer with only light design skills or casual design interests

• You rely on templates or page builders to deliver projects
• You cannot show recent Figma work you created yourself
• You cannot provide links to live sites or builds you have delivered
• You struggle to work independently without constant direction
• You are not looking to improve your skills or take feedback

Do you have experience in WordPress?, * Strong Figma skills

• Good understanding of UX and clean interface layout
• Confident building custom WordPress themes
• Good knowledge of ACF, Gutenberg and general WP standards
• Solid HTML, CSS and basic PHP
• Ability to work without hand-holding

Nice to have

• Agency experience
• Comfortable showing your work to clients
