As an Architecture Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting our Enterprise Architecture function. You'll help shape the future of our business and technology landscape by providing structured, evidence-based analysis that informs strategic, architectural, and design decisions. You'll ensure our architectural artefacts and documentation are accurate, accessible, and up-to-date, connecting colleagues with the information they need to make informed choices. Requirements
architectural principles and standards across projects and change initiatives. Provide clear, objective insights highlighting trade-offs, dependencies, and impacts. Connect colleagues with architectural information and expertise. Contribute to the continuous improvement of architecture practices, templates, and knowledge-sharing processes. Escalate issues or conflicts requiring architectural or strategic decisions to the Enterprise Architect. What We're Looking For Essential: Degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analysis, or a related discipline. Awareness of enterprise, solution, data, and technology architecture concepts. Understanding of architectural artefacts (capability models, process maps, data flows, system landscapes). Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Experience producing structured analysis deliverables (impact assessments, options papers, risk/benefit evaluations). Experience using modelling or visualisation tools (Visio). Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate, version-controlled documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills. Methodical, evidence-based approach with a focus on clarity and traceability. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and apply architectural methods. Competence with Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms (SharePoint). Proficiency in Microsoft Visio (intermediate to advanced) and Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced). Desirable: Foundation-level understanding of architecture or analysis frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BCS Architecture, BABOK). Experience working with architecture repositories or structured information management systems. Why Join Us?
