Continental Cooperation Portal Scrum Master - REF59374M

This position is responsible for ensuring the availability and continuity of the Continental Cooperation Portal. The Continental Cooperation Portal is a platform used for multi-party software development and Integration.

• Serve the Product Owner & Project Manager by ensuring common understanding within the team on the project's goals
• Assist in creating Epic's stories and tasks as well as maintaining the Project Backlog
• Host the Agile ceremonies for the project.
• Coaching the team in self-organization for tasks and issues
• Providing regular reports on project progress

• Academic degree in information technology (Master) or comparable qualification
• Long Term professional experience in information technology or comparable
• Experience in leading a Scrum team or as a Scrum master in a large project
• Safe Agile experience
• Certification as a Scrum Master
• Experience in using Jira, Confluence, and other tools necessary for Agile project management
• MS- Windows, Linux, Microsoft Office
• Excellent English and Basic German written and spoken (optional: Korean, Japanese, Chinese)
• Good communication skills, experience in writing documentation for different purposes
