Overview Geotab Madrid is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineering. The role involves identifying complex customer needs, developing and customizing solutions on Geotab's open platform, and supporting partners in solving business challenges. What You'll Do * Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of the Geotab ecosystem, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to empower end-users and partners and enhance their understanding of Geotab solutions. * Engage with strategic partners and key end-users to optimize their utilization of Geotab technology, tailoring approaches to meet complex needs. * Collaborate with revenue teams as a technical resource to identify and deliver solutions for customer challenges, supporting sales growth, ecosystem expansion and customer retention. * Translate complex technical capabilities into tangible business value, conduct discovery and requirements analysis, and design and deliver technical demonstrations and pilots that align with customer needs and accelerate deal closures. * Ensure partner and end-user satisfaction through prompt and accurate service; provide insights to internal teams. * Support partner upskilling to enable them to support customers across channels, using best practices and industry knowledge. * Assess and analyze complex partner and end-user challenges, proposing viable approaches when needed. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of offerings by providing feedback to Product and Development teams. * Maintain accurate documentation of engagements, solution designs, and deliverables following department processes. * Manage high-impact projects with strategic customers/partners, ensuring seamless implementation and success in collaboration with partners and third-party integrators. * Create and improve processes, handle escalations, and drive

What You'll Bring To This Role * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in Solutions/Sales Engineering. * Ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time. * Fluency in English; additional language, preferably French, is an advantage. * Experience in a relevant technical field (software engineering, data analysis, or systems integration) with a customer-facing focus. * Expert-level knowledge of telematics, IoT, APIs, and related technologies. * Experience with programming languages (Python, SQL, Java, or C#) and extensive API integration experience. * Ability to work with Agile Work Management, ticketing and CRM tools like JIRA and Salesforce. * Familiarity with data analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Superset or Power BI). * Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. * Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service.
