Power BI Business Analyst

The Corporate Data Intelligence team, part of the Corporate Information Office, is providing reports, dashboards & analytics for the entire SD Worx Group. The team takes care of the data warehouse architecture, the ETL-processes, data mappings & definitions, and the transformation of Corporate Data into Information & Insights. The ultimate goal is to reinforce Business Excellence in all domains and at all levels in the organization. Which tasks can you expect?

• In this role, you specifically focus on first line support for data & insight needs of our Sales/Business.
• You also analyze how we can improve our Corporate Data Solutions and to unlock new opportunities to increase our efficiency and/or impact on the organization.
• Together with your colleagues, you set-up new or improve existing data solutions.
• You present and promote solutions to the internal stakeholders.
• You contribute within & between teams, by sharing your knowledge and best practices.
• Depending on personal interest, you also have the opportunity to explore statistical data analytics.
• To work on other Information Office projects within other domains (eg. Finance, Sales, Operations, HR, Marketing…), * Leaves: all types of leave granted from day 1 (annual leave, sick leave, study leave, maternity/paternity leave, wedding leave, compassionate leave). • You have a strong interest in data, reporting and analytics/statistics.
• Expertise in SQL.
• You have expertise in the reporting tool Power BI (min. 3 years).
• You are a team player with flexibility to engage both in small individual assignments as in large team assignments.
• You are eager to learn and have a result-driven mind-set.

Experience considered a plus

• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Experience with Sales and/or Marketing.
• Experience with CX.
• Experience with Finance or HR.
• Experience in Payroll & HR Domain.
• Experience in agile methodologyli>
• Knowledge of Reporting Tools, e.g. Tableau, IBM Cognos.
• Knowledge of SAP4H and/or SuccessFactors.
