Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field. * 7+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on supply chain processes. * Proven project management and leadership experience. * Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus. * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. We are also seeking a SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) Senior Manager to shape and lead strategic supply chain transformation programs for top-tier clients. About the Senior Role In this leadership role, you will drive business growth, manage large-scale programs, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities * Lead large, complex SAP-enabled supply chain transformation projects from strategy through execution. * Build strong client relationships at senior levels, acting as a strategic advisor. * Drive business development: identify opportunities, shape solutions, and contribute to go-to-market strategies. * Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring delivery excellence and measurable business outcomes. * Develop and grow the SAP SCM practice by mentoring talent and building new capabilities. Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field. * 12+ years of SAP consulting experience, including leadership of large-scale SCM transformations. * Deep knowledge of SAP SCM modules (e.g., IBP, EWM, TM, MM, PP, APO) and integration with broader SAP solutions (S/4HANA, Finance, Procurement, etc.). * Track record in business development and client relationship management. * Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills. * Fluency in English and Spanish; other European languages are desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
