Adam Bernard Solicitors is seeking a talented and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to lead our online marketing efforts across Google, Meta, SEO, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in paid advertising, content creation, analytics, and digital strategy.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising (PPC)
- Plan, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies, and maximise ROI.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and insights.
SEO & Website Optimisation
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
- Optimise website content, metadata, and landing pages for performance.
- Conduct SEO audits and recommend technical improvements.
- Monitor website analytics and user behaviour to improve conversions.
Content Creation
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
- Design graphics, visuals, short videos, and marketing materials.
- Write compelling captions, blog posts, landing page content, and ad copy.
- Work with the team to develop marketing campaigns and branding initiatives.
Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule, and publish social media content across all platforms.
- Increase engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Respond to messages, comments, and enquiries professionally.
- Analyse performance metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly.
Lead Generation & CRM
- Use targeted campaigns to increase inbound enquiries and qualified leads.
- Track leads and conversions using CRM systems (training provided).

Requirements
Do you have experience in Social media management?, * Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, PPC, or content creation.
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or YouTube advertising.
- Practical knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Strong creative skills for content design (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
- Experience in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut) is an advantage.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to create engaging content.
- Ability to analyse data, optimise campaigns, and generate clear reports.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently., * Proven experience in content writing or related roles.
