Job description

They are seeking a dynamic Cyber Security and IT Sales Manager with strong business development expertise to drive revenue growth across new and existing customer segments. This role focuses on leading sales strategy, generating new opportunities, and maximising value through effective cross-sell and upsell within their established client base.

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve growth targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies focused on new business acquisition and expanding their footprint within existing accounts.
  • Build a robust pipeline across IT Support, Cloud and Cyber Security

Business Development

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across Scotland, Ireland, and the wider UK.
  • Represent thecompany at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities to drive brand presence and inbound interest.
  • Conduct targeted outreach to open doors and build relationships with decision-makers

Account Growth & Cross-Sell

  • Deeply understand customer requirements and identify opportunities to introduce additional services (IT support, cyber security, cloud, mobile, UC, and connectivity).
  • Work with account managers to strengthen retention, increase recurring revenue, and grow account lifetime value.
  • Analyse customer usage, trends, and gaps to create strategic growth plans.

Operational & Commercial Excellence

  • Forecast revenue accurately and report on pipeline performance.
  • Collaborate with technical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitors, and technology developments.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Telecommunication?, * Proven experience in IT, telecoms, or technology sales management.

  • Strong background in business development, new business acquisition, and account growth.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to communicate value confidently.
  • Understanding of cloud, security, connectivity, and IT solutions (preferred but not essential).
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and negotiate effectively., * A motivated, entrepreneurial sales leader.
  • Someone who thrives on building relationships and winning new business.
  • A team player who brings energy, ideas, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
