Tasks

  • Lead the SAP Payroll team ensuring smooth payroll processes.

  • Oversee operational tasks in SAP HCM and enhance systems.

  • Responsibility for the operational management in the SAP HCM and payroll environment as well as active development of the systems

  • Control and implementation of customizing, incident, and change management in the payroll context

  • Close cooperation with internal departments as well as coordination of external partners Analysis, optimization, and harmonization of existing end-to-end processes - including automation initiatives

  • Ensuring quality, documentation, and compliance with internal guidelines and legal requirements

  • Participation in projects such as system migrations, S/4HANA transformations, or international rollouts

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll, preferably DE/CH.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English., * Several years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll, ideally with a focus on DE or CH payroll
  • Deep understanding of payroll processes, legal requirements, and relevant interfaces
  • Experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of a team
  • High competence in dealing with complex system landscapes and ticket processes
  • Structured and solution-oriented working style as well as pronounced

  • Very good German and English skills
