SAP Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP Manager to join one of the world's leading consulting and technology services firms. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams delivering SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for large national and international clients across multiple industries.

You will manage complex implementation projects from strategy and roadmap definition to delivery, working closely with client stakeholders, technical teams, and global delivery centres. This is an opportunity to shape enterprise transformation in a high-impact environment., * Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP programs, ensuring high quality, on-time and on-budget outcomes.

• Manage functional and technical teams (onsite/offshore) across full lifecycle SAP implementations or upgrades.
• Drive client workshops to capture business requirements, design solutions, and align with best practices.
• Support S/4HANA migration and adoption, including conversion, greenfield, or hybrid approaches.
• Oversee solution integration with other enterprise systems (cloud and on-premise).
• Ensure strong governance, change management, and stakeholder communication throughout project phases.
• Support business development: contribute to proposals, solution design, and pre-sales activities.
• Mentor and develop consultants; promote knowledge sharing and capability growth.

• 5+ years of SAP experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven delivery of at least two full SAP implementation cycles (S/4HANA preferred).
• Strong knowledge in one or more functional areas: FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, EWM, SuccessFactors, or Ariba.
• Excellent understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, ASAP, Activate).
• Experience managing multicultural teams and distributed delivery models.
• Fluent in English.
• University degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
