This is a remote role that will require the successful candidate to work out of the Redditch office 1 day a week., As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, support, and administration of key operational and back-office systems. You'll act as the main point of contact for system queries, support business-critical applications, and work closely with internal teams and external providers to ensure our systems perform at their best., * Administer and maintain core systems including CAFM, WMS, Time Track, Logicgate, and back-office platforms.
- Support the adoption of new technologies and provide ongoing system administration.
- Act as the interface between internal users and system providers, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Carry out system testing ahead of upgrades or new functionality rollouts.
- Support MI and wider business teams with automated and ad-hoc reporting.
- Manage user accounts and maintain access security policies.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to system users across the organisation.
- Conduct data analysis, cleansing, and reporting as required.
- Ensure systems are updated in line with business and client needs.
- Help maintain the performance and reliability of business-critical systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in system analytics and maintaining business applications.
- Strong skills in data analysis, data cleansing, and data administration.
- Experience with CAFM and WMS systems.
