Job description
Provide consistently high-quality technical service to customers, earning trust through accuracy, responsiveness and results.
Deliver actionable product feedback and insights to engineering teams, shaping the next generation of networking technology.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across routing, switching, security and wireless networks.
Manage and support large-scale enterprise customer environments, primarily remotely.
Identify, document and escalate product bugs with precise reproduction steps.
Produce and maintain clear documentation, knowledge base content and feature requests
WAN/LAN, DNS and network performance fundamentals.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting and supporting complex enterprise environments.
Installing, configuring, and maintaining routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points and other network hardware.
Implementing network cabling, patching and structured cabling solutions.
Performing routine network maintenance, firmware updates and hardware upgrades.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Experience with network tools such as Active Directory, Azure AD, vSphere
Familiarity with network security practices and technologies (firewalls, VPNs)
Proficiency in configuring and managing Cisco routers and switches
Knowledge of Juniper firewall configuration and management
Experience with DevOps practices for network automation (e.g., using Python scripting)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders
Bachelor/Master's degree or a related study and experience
Experience required 1-2 years preferred
