As our Senior BI & Insights Analyst, you'll be at the heart of Knovia's analytics evolution-designing, delivering, and optimising BI solutions that shape the way we operate across finance, compliance, people, customer experience, product, marketing, and sales.

The Senior BI & Insights Analyst will own the design, delivery, and optimisation of BI and analytics solutions that enhance business performance across finance, compliance, people, customer experience, product, marketing, and sales.

This role blends technical expertise, business acumen, and strategic influence, turning complex data into actionable insights, predictive models, and decision-focused dashboards. You will drive adoption of analytics, guide business stakeholders, and contribute to the organisation's data platform and AI capabilities, moving the business away from siloed Excel reporting toward a scalable, centralised analytics culture.

This is your chance to drive the shift from siloed, Excel-heavy reporting to a scalable, centralised analytics culture. You'll turn raw data into meaningful narratives, predictive models, and dashboards that empower leaders to act with confidence.

Key responsibilities include:

. Lead end-to-end BI and analytics projects from problem definition to solution deployment

. Design dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytic methodologies that deliver measurable business value

. Partner with stakeholders at all levels to understand challenges, define KPIs, and translate requirements into actionable insights

. Measure the impact and ROI of analytics solutions on business outcomes

. Work with Salesforce, NetSuite, HR, finance, and operational systems

. Partner with data engineering to ensure high-quality, governed, and scalable data pipelines

. Lead workshops, insight playbacks, and training sessions to enhance data literacy across teams

. Produce documentation, training materials, and self-service guidance to replace siloed Excel reporting with scalable BI solutions

. Ensure analytics solutions comply with GDPR, security, and internal governance standards

. Optimise existing dashboards and reports

. Introduce analytics best practices and emerging tools, To promote and maintain an inclusive working environment, as part of your application process we will ask you to share data on certain characteristics. These answers will not form part of the selection and recruitment process and will not be shared with anyone outside of the People Team.

  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and solution design capabilities

This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and technology, delivering actionable insights, predictive capabilities, and strategic guidance.
